While she may be a freight boat, her cuisine is that of a luxury liner.
Our chef will wow you with local seafood, hearty homemade soups and baked goods all freshly prepared in our onboard galley. Your meals will showcase the cuisine famous on the west coast using many local ingredients. Unlike on the large cruise ships, you can come as you are, no need to “dress” for dinner. Jeans and sweaters will fit right in.
Breakfast
Start your morning with a continental offering including fresh fruit, yogurt, and baked goods. Follow that up with a full hot breakfast made to order.
Lunch
Take a break from wildlife viewing and recharge with lunch; usually featuring a home-made soup or chowder combined with a charcuterie board, or our Chef’s own daily inspiration.
Dinner
Watch the sun set while indulging in a three-course meal paired with a selection of BC wines. From land to sea our Chef will create imaginative and inspiring dishes to tantalize your taste buds.
An array of non-alcoholic beverages are always available for self service including a selection of tea, coffee, soda and juices. Beer and Cider are offered mid-afternoon along with a few salty treats. If you are partial to a particular beverage, you are more than welcome to bring that onboard with you. You bring the gin, we’ve got the tonic
Our Chef’s are able to prepare wonderful alternate offerings to cover most dietary restrictions and allergies as long as we have advanced notice. Please inform us at time of booking.
